Documentation
Mint is a training platform and system of record for insurance sales teams. It puts the pitch, the activity tracker, and the leads in one place, so a new rep ramps fast and every record the team creates stays with the agency. Mint is in beta and rolling out to agencies under the Pinnacle IMO umbrella.
Getting started
Agencies are onboarded by invitation during the beta. Your manager sends an invite, you set a password on the accept-invite screen, and you sign in at the sign-in page. Reps land on their tracker and pitch, closers land on the leads they can work.
The GoHighLevel integration
Mint connects to GoHighLevel so call activity flows into the rep tracker automatically, with no manual entry. You install Mint from the GoHighLevel Marketplace and authorize it for your location.
The connection is read-only. Mint requests only the scopes it needs to read completed call activity and the location it belongs to, and Mint does not write to or change anything in your GoHighLevel account. When a call completes, Mint records the activity against the matching rep so managers see real daily numbers.
You can remove the connection at any time by uninstalling Mint from GoHighLevel. Uninstalling revokes Mint’s access and removes the stored connection for that location.
Data and privacy
Mint stores structured customer records (such as health details, medications, financial information, and date of birth) with tenant isolation and access control, and deliberately does not store Social Security numbers or bank account numbers. Each agency’s data stays contained to that agency. Full detail, including sub-processors and data-subject requests, is in the Privacy Policy.
